So Miss Martian comes with a number of abilities that are inherent to every Martian. The main abilities that apply to you immediately are Telepathy and Shifting. The descriptions of her powers can be found here.

Telepathy

What Miss Martian can read: If you said anything other than 'no' above, please list here what she's allowed to pick up.
Mindcontrol: She doesn't do this hardly at all. She did it once in canon, but just in case. They're usually pretty sharp and sudden commands in the heat of the moment and she can't do it if you're aware of her and it wears off pretty quickly.
Anything else?: Miss Martian usually doesn't do much else without further permission of all parties. Usually using mind control without permission is only for enemies, and her presence can be sensed. But if there's anything else she wants to do (enter your mind more, drag you in, link you up, etc) she tends to ICly ask first. But you can go ahead and list more here.
VILLAINS PLOT POTENTIAL?: At her current point, Miss Martian has taken to viciously ripping mental information from her enemies for the greater good. This can leave her enemies in a catatonic state or mentally injured, etc. If you play a villain character and would like to take this route, please state if you're interested and we can try to work out a plot to that effect. I won't be using this technique outside of plotting and wanting to do it. This also leads to potential for her fixing the mind or another telepath doing so too as well. But if I know you're interested, I can try to keep it in mind for the future. You can always come back and change this later or contact me later about it.

Nothing here has to be the end all! You can always come to me and change your permissions at any point in time. I always ask oocly for anything that seems in the grey zone or you didn't preapprove as well, so don't think that if you didn't 'no' it I'll take it as a 'yes'
